At Home Recovery believes that meaningful, sustainable sobriety is built on plans that reflect the whole person — their addiction history, mental health profile, lifestyle, relationships, professional obligations, and personal goals. Every client who enters our program receives a comprehensive intake assessment conducted by our clinical team. From that foundation, we build a custom treatment plan that integrates the appropriate level of medical care, therapeutic support, sober companionship, and life-skills development.

A custom treatment plan is only as effective as the communication that supports it. Our team actively coordinates between physicians, therapists, sober companions, and any external programs to ensure that every provider is aligned and every aspect of care is integrated. Nothing is siloed. Every decision is made with the full picture in mind.

Custom plans are living documents. As a client progresses — building stability, addressing underlying trauma, developing stronger coping mechanisms — the plan evolves with them. We increase independence where appropriate, add supports where needed, and continuously adjust to ensure the plan reflects where the client is today, not where they were when they started. This adaptive approach is what separates lasting recovery from temporary sobriety.
